A gorgeous signed Zuni Sun God pendant by Juan & Charlene Chico. Features a multi-stone inlay of mother of pearl, black jet, red coral, and turquoise set in sterling silver with 3 linked tear drop tassels dangling below. The pendant has a wonderful mix of colors and shapes and looks beautifully iridescent in the light. Would make a great addition to a Native American jewelry collection.
The pendant is fixed with a hidden necklace bail and can be worn with most thinner style chains. The back of the pendant is signed “Juan & Charlene Chico Zuni” (see photos) for authenticity. There is considerable tarnishing to the silver backing and some minor wear to the stones, but overall the piece remains in great vintage condition.
