Super cute and dainty 1947 Gruen 14k gold ladies wristwatch. The mini rounded rectangular case is made from solid 14k gold and features a prominent beveled crystal and a hallmarked manual wind crown. The case has large polished gold lugs and is secured onto a 14k gold-filled panther link bracelet with a Kreisler fold-out slide clasp. The dial is a silver/creme color inscribed 'Gruen Precision', with black Arabic numerals (3, 6, 9, 12), gold drop indexes, and gold simple gold minute/hour hands. The back of the case is hallmarked 'Gruen 14K' with the case number 'U03746', and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity.

This watch is in good aesthetic condition with some signs of wear including minor scuffs to the case, bezel, crown, and crystal. There is a small hairline crack on the beveled side of the crystal, but it's not prominent and only noticeable from specific angles. The panther link watch bracelet and clasp do bear some signs of wear and discoloration, but they remain functional and intact. Unfortunately, the watch is not running consistently and may need to be further serviced.
