We have a lovely two-sided 18k puffed gold heart pendant adorned with blue sapphire and pink ruby stones. There are 15 round cut stones on each side of the heart. One side has dark blue sapphire stones and the other has bright pink ruby stones. The heart hangs from split gold bail and is strung on a 10k gold cable chain with a sports ring clasp. The pendant and chain were not originally a single piece, but they came to us together and we think it works. The pendant bail has been engraved 18k and the chain has an 'auto 10k made' hallmark tag, but we have gold acid tested both pieces to ensure their authenticity. We are not gemstone experts and cannot be sure of the ruby/sapphire stones' exact nature, but regardless the pendant is quite charming and makes for a great versatile accessory. There is a soldering mark on the chain clasp, but otherwise, both the pendant and chain remain in good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discolroation.
