A chunky sterling silver cross amber cross pendant for a modernist jewelry collection. This pendant is an absolute showstopper when the light hits it right, and looks great with a thicker chain (up to 5.5mm).
Features a super thick piece of red/orange amber with incredibly dense inclusions, cut and set in a large cross shaped bezel setting. We believe it is genuine baltic amber but we are not gemstone experts. The setting has an open back that reveals the underside of the amber and hangs from a plain silver necklace bail. There is a small loop at the top of the cross with an indistinguishable hallmark, but the silver has been tested for authenticity. The silver has a natural gray patina with some minor discoloration/tarnishing, but overall the pendant remains in good vintage condition.
Condition: Good with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
