An incredibly well-preserved Victorian 18k diamond cross pendant with a beautiful dazzling .20 CT old mine cut diamond. Features a puffed gothic style cross with hand-stippled texturing, hand-engraved leaf designs, and layered gold leaf embellishments. The center stone and sits securely in a raised center bezel setting with a small cutout window in the back for illumination. The solid gold cross is just over 1/4 inch thick with beveled sides and an undecorated back. The top of the cross is linked to a small gold loop and can be worn with only thinner style chains.
There are a few minor imperfections of note, including soldered marks on the gold leaf decoration around the setting and minor wear to the facade, but intricate details and hand-engraved qualities remain. There are no notable hallmarks or makers marks but the gold has been tested for authenticity. Overall in great vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
