Signed modernist sterling silver round disc studs with gorgeous purple stone inlay. Features a perfectly polished silver circle, slightly convex, with a robust triangular setting fixed to the top. A striking dark purple stone is inlaid with thin silver accents and a glossy polished finish. The exact type of stone is unknown, but it looks like it could be sugilite or purpurite.
The earrings are secured with off center posts and have a solid yet comfortable fit. They come with their original large scalloped silver pushbacks. The back of the discs are signed with the Ray Tracey hallmark of an 'R-wing symbol' and hallmarked sterling. In great vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
