A breathtaking Italian 14K filigree smoky quartz cocktail ring. Incredibly detailed, well-constructed, and comfortable to wear.
Features an ornate yellow gold setting with textured ribbon trim and heart motif decoration on the underside. The focal point of this piece boasts a translucent brown oval-cut quartz secured in a milgrain bezel setting framed by the beautiful filigree design. The setting sits atop a polished gold band with floral/leaf embellishments on the shank.
Hallmarked 'Italy 14K' on the inner band and gold acid tested for authenticity. There are a few scuffs on the stone from standard use, but overall the ring remains in excellent vintage condition.
