An incredible signed Morris Robinson hopi turquoise cuff. Morris Talawytewa Robinson, a master Native American gold and silversmith during the 20th century, is renowned for his beautiful hand-crafted jewelry. This bracelet is an exceptional example of his work with unique stamp work.
Hand-crafted in sterling silver with nearly every inch covered in traditional hammered/stamped designs. The focal point of this piece boasts a bright blue turquoise cabochon mounted in an elongated bezel setting. The stone features beautiful natural inclusions are is framed with a woven border and circle pattern trim. The silver has a natural gray patina with polished highlights and some portions of tarnishing.
Signed with Robinson's mark (H snake symbol) on the back of the setting for authenticity. Given its age, there are some minor imperfection, but overall the cuff remains in great vintage condition.
