A robust early 1900's ladies cameo brooch set in 10k yellow gold. Features an incredible classic relief shell carving of a women's bust with fine figure details and floral motifs. The cameo sits slightly raised in a large oval bezel setting with a polished edges and a twisted ribbon trim.
This large cameo brooch is secured with an early-made lever safety catch and is hallmarked '10k' for authenticity. In amazing vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
