Why we love it: Described in-house as "museum-worthy", this piece is truly a one-of-a-kind collector‘s item. The pendant‘s base is crafted from high-gauge sterling silver, carved and inlaid with bright green malachite surrounding the center stone. The center stone, a beautifully yellowed piece of rutilated quartz, is expertly carved and polished into the shape of a traditional Mayan mask. Despite extensive research, the original artist of this piece remains unidentified, but they were surely a master of their craft.
