The design looks Native American and there are letter initials stamped into the back of the cuff but we we were not able to find any details on the artist. The silver has considerable natural gray patina with notable tarnishing, but it does not take away from the whole of the piece. All the turquoise stones remain secure in their settings and in good solid condition. Overall this cuff is in good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
