Up for sale is a very rare oil on canvas work by the well-known artist, Camillo Adriani (1908-1990, American). Mostly known for his landscapes and winter scenes of the New England area, Adriani produced many New England village scenes. This is one such rare example. The featured scene is of a quiet street seated just by the water that winds around several small houses. The painting is signed on the lower right corner. This is a framed piece.

The painting is in excellent condition overall with one notable major flaw. The piece is solid and intact with no chips, cracks or tears. Notably, there is a major indentation in the canvas that bulges from front to back. This indentation has not affected the surrounding paint or canvas but is large and noticeable in person. Pictures 4 and 5 offer a closer look at this indentation.
