We have an extremely rare and true vintage original, George Nakashima Solid Oak Slab Arm Lounge Chair. This rare and remarkably preserved chair was a custom order. The original receipt and invoice are included with this sale (see photos). This particular chair features a very rare and unique slab arm component for writing, eating, resting a cup or glass, etc. The frame, seat, back braces and attached/glued components are all fully intact, original, solid and sturdy with no loose or missing components. Still intact and visible is the George Nakashima signature on the underside of the chair seat (see photos). Please see the condition section below for further detail on the present state of this piece and further information about what you will be receiving. This fantastic, unique and exceedingly rare chair is ready to add a formidable component to any discerning collection or home.

Condition:

This chair is in excellent condition overall. It is in an exceptionally preserved state for its age. There are no gouges, dents, deep scratches or serious damages to this piece. The wood grain, color and structure are as the day they left the workshop. Please look over all of the listing photos carefully and ask any questions that you may have.
